Looking to get into a business or financial analyst position to gain some related experience before I start my MBA in Finance. If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Do you think they would be smart enough to figure out how to take a quality image in camera? Or do you think we would a sudden inundation of people selling their cameras on Craigslist out of laziness?
All these questions about how to edit a picture to professional quality are irritating the bejeezus out of me. I’m not a pro by any means and I’m certainly not a great photographer but I rely on my own skills, experience, and knowledge to get my shot right in camera with what I have. I don’t think “Well, if it sucks I can just edit it and it will still be professional.” Pfft. No.
Just what will the kiddies and other wannabes do if their precious editing tools were taken from them? There is a time and place for some editing but not as heavily relied upon as these people seem to do.

We bought a small business that had about the same gross sales (alledgedly) for over four years prior to our purchase. After we took over, sales where down over 30% for two years of opertaion. We have a very strong suspicion that the seller lied about gross sales. We are having a trouble just keeping the business running with the income we are generating.
We were trained by the seller and ran the business the way that it was recommended we should. We didn’t change anything that could explain why the sudden drop in sales.

It was at the the end of a day-long sales training program with a group when one of the business owners piped up, “What we need are some gay guys to sell our merchandise.” She was asked, “Why specifically gay men?”
She answered, “Because when we visited stores yesterday in the City, they were out and willing to tell anyone in a matter-of-fact way. They were personable, fun, you just wanted to buy from them.” I understood from her descriptions of several of these guys why she would want them to work for her.
