I have the chance for the company I work for to remburse the costs of my training to learn to teach skills that no one in my company has. This is not anything close to my normal job.I was planning on starting a company to train people. Should I get my training and start the company and try and get a contract to work as a outside vendor to my employer? Or try and do it as an employee and step into a new job with in the company? The project would last atleast a year and there is the potential to work with other divisions around my area, I do have a second person that I would need to bring in to help with the project. I project sales and tuition of roughly $40k for the first 6 months. I am going to set up a meeting with one of the VP’s at my office to see exactly what my bosses are trying to achieve in this project. Am I on the right track here or should I look at another route?

Ok so here it is… I question a lot right now, because my girl and I have started on fire and I mean fire.. She was the CO of this company (Hospitality Group) and I was a G Manager/ Promoter of one of the businesses. Well the owner (my friend) liked her so a lot of jealous went on behind closed doors.So we both left… I was making about 4000 cash a month and so was she… Then I decided to start a promotional business throwing events and concerts.. Started as being funded by me.. I was living downtown by myself. I had an 2006 f150 i have owned for 2 years almost paid off … From my past relationship. Well I kept it in my past gfriends name because she had better credit(I have no credit and I was getting paid cash)= no loan… The past gfriend decides to file bankruptcy and takes my truck well So now I am living a block away from work still functioning fine when the new gfriend ask me to me move in so … well i do and then she lets me drive one of the cars… Well we both quit our jobs at the sametime and open a limo company and a promotional company together. We are both smart and motivited so we have 3 sucessful events … Net $6000 right out the gate we blew some of it paid some bills and put money back into other events… Then we start taking losers and the money haulted completly.. All the time we are out wining and dining blowing money left and right. 100 here a 100 there … all the time madly in love and living the dream… Well next thing I know we run out of money… Well she pulls out $12,000 out of her savings to save us over the next 3 months. So during this time we both find jobs 2 months in… She got a salery job while I got a outside sales job…well she got paid while i have strugled on outside sales from b2b sales in dec(I made nothing thru training and learning). .. All b2b sales normally shuts down in dec. … Now she resents me and stop being affectionate and also talks down to me. Tears me down completely.. This pisses me off makes me feel like I am a loser, because she supported us for 3 months… I have had a relationship where I paid for everything for 3 years of course it didnt work out ,but 3 months…. The Mother tells her to break up with me, because I am struggling at my job thru dec… So we do get in this fight over the phone .. Saying that she cant take this anymore that she can have better and that I am the worst mistake of her life.. and I move out… 6 hours later she text baby ” I feel like I cant breathe right now i have this empty hole in my chest” I need you back your my bestfriend and husband to be.. calls and saying… I have been sucessful before and I will be, but having someone that you are in love with tell you that you arent good enough is deft working against my confidence…
I love this Girl more than anything and I am totally proud that she is a rockstar when it comes to careers… I treat her like my queen!!!! She wants me to move back in? It has been 3 days that we have been seperate and she has ask me to come over 2 of those and spend the night and has acted completly like she was when we first got together…
I say this we are a great couple get along like the best couple we are best freinds most of the time..
The fights are resentment from the money.. She has supported us for 3 months and yes I do feel guilty amd yes I work Everyday b2b sales are a pipeline business…

I’ve been working at Sears as a sales associate for 3 weeks now. This is my first job. And it’s incredibly difficult.
The training was pointless. All I did was sit in front of a computer screen for four days and listen to an electronic voice that read information. It was really hard to concentrate. And then, they put me out on the floor.
I really only had 3 days of floor training, as in working with another person. Then I was by myself. It wasn’t too bad. It’s just closing at the end of the night that got me.

A client I’ve done web design for sent me the following note, wanting me to train him to create websites in a couple of hours. I took 40+ hours of college courses to earn a certificate and have created many sites over the last 6-7 years. Not sure how to answer him!

I’m the type of person who likes learning about nutrition and keeping a person looking good. I also like creating products like innovative food products and cosmetic products. I want to sell these products. But i’m scared that it would be hard to earn from a job like that. So my 2nd choice would be to become a hospital dermatologist and if i’m really good i can start my own business of selling beauty products and maybe offer cosmetic surgeries. But if i dont sell products and remain as a hospital dermatologist, will i earn a lot? This is in the philippines.
