When things seem at their worst in your sales career then REJOICE because there is only one direction to go – UP!
I heard a story one time that I believe is very helpful for sales professionals like you and me. When sales drop off and things seem very cloudy, we have to remember that great success is just around he corner. The story is about a boy nicknamed Sparky. Sparky had a rough childhood. He was one of those kids who didn’t have many friends. It wasn’t that people didn’t like him; it was just that people didn’t notice him. Sparky was one of those kids that faded into the background.
Sparky had great difficulty with his schoolwork. When he was in the eighth grade he failed every subject. His high school years weren’t much better. He still holds the infamous record for being the worst physics student in school history.

From the get go with a new job comes all kinds of uneasy feelings mixed with ambitious motives to make it to the top. The company you work for usually will put one of their most experienced and efficient people training you. Your employer’s goal is to get you up to speed as quickly as possible and with the least amount of cost to the company. To speed up the process most companies offer assistance with training manuals, study guides, on going training classes or even offering to pay for furthering your education. If a company is successful it all starts at the beginning with a excellent training program which in turn has an effect on the turn around.
In multi-level marketing, or MLM, often times most people get started and figure they’re going to throw up a replicated site from their company, do a few home parties with friends and family to pitch their new business or buy some leads and get their business booming. This type of planning yields little to zero results and in 2 months all that’s left is grumblings of, “I knew this MLM thing didn’t work”! When you start off using the same site that everyone else in your company is using how are you going to be able to stand out from the rest of the crowd? Also generate traffic that converts to sales, that is the reason you got into business. Pitching to your warm market like friends and family is not my thing, but some do get sign ups from them. Friends and family will listen to your pitch but they’re just being kind. Find people who are seeking the same thing you are and they’ll be more attentive. I also had no duplication on my team because everything I knew to do was not working. If you decide to purchase leads just know that you are not the only person with their number there are other marketers calling the same people. To have conversions you need leadership, leaders do not cold call because this comes off as needy. Let’s turn the tables and have prospects giving you their info and waiting on your call.

In order to be able to sell their offers, companies need to ensure that their sale professionals are trained well enough to offer appropriate sales rebuttals and use latest techniques to close the sale as failing to do so may potentially result in the business going down.
It is understandable that due to the extensive demands of sales training management, companies often find it a challenge to develop an in-house training team; this is where online training agencies come into picture.
